Calcou collaborate with Jody Wisternoff and James Grant on ‘Screen’. The German live electronic act, comprised of multi-instrumentalist Stefan Merz and vocalist Thea Alien, evolved from Stefan’s solo project into a fully realised duo with last year’s ‘Now, What? EP’ released on sister label Anjunadeep Explorations.
Drawing inspiration from artists like Bonobo, Caribou and Christian Löffler, Calcou blend organic instrumentation with immersive electronic production, earning significant support from institutions like SiriusXM, press coverage from Clash Magazine and PLAYY. Magazine, and DJ support from Lane 8, Sultan + Shepard and Chris Luno.
